Code of conduct for our employees
Our Code of Conduct forms the basis for responsible and ethical behaviour in all areas of our company. All employees are responsible for ensuring that their behaviour complies with internal guidelines and the applicable laws, regulations and instructions.

This responsible behaviour strengthens trust in our company and we consider this behaviour to be a decisive competitive advantage.
To promote awareness of compliance, we offer regular training and further education programmes. This ensures that our employees can refresh and deepen their knowledge in relevant areas.
In addition, we provide a whistleblower system that enables employees to report violations of laws or guidelines anonymously. This system helps us to recognise potential risks at an early stage, limit the damage and avoid future losses.
